The Surgery Center Pearl is a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center where surgeons perform outpatient urology procedures. A broader spectrum of surgical procedures including general surgery, ear, nose and throat, gastroenterology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery and dentistry, orthopedics, pain management, plastic surgery, podiatry and urology are performed at our original facility at 19250 East Bagley Road in Middleburg Heights.

Founded in 1984 by a group of local surgeons as an alternative to lengthy hospital stays, The Surgery Centers combine more than two decades of experience with technologically advanced facilities. Still locally owned by many of the original surgeon investors, our warm, comfortable outpatient settings enable you to return home on the same day to recuperate in familiar surroundings.

Fully licensed by both the State of Ohio and Federal Medicare, we are also accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC). The Surgery Center Pearl offers a safe, convenient alternative to inpatient hospitalization. Our staff will provide you with the highest quality care in a warm, personalized setting.
